So, I've joined the blogging world. My primary interests are photography, photography and photography. In my sixty years, I've spent thirty-five of them designing boats of all kinds from small skiffs to large Mega Yachts (really mega) to ferry boats to hopper dredges to tugs, to barges. and lots of other stuff.
Currently, I'm semi-retired (mainly because there's no work in the design world) and spending the majority of my time beginning a new photography business. I've been known for over six years as Borrowed Light Images and have developed a respectable reputation as a marine photographer (go figure) as well as a glamour and landscape photographer.
I would now like to include weddings and sporting events to this list as well as continuing my landscape photography and shooting an occasional sailing race, though not professionally any longer. I like being able to go home when it's raining too hard or not blowing at all :-)
I intend to travel and post from the road with some of my better images along the way. I'll also report on weddings I've shot and races I've covered and hope you'll fine the site interesting enough to tag along.
